Wish lists
How to make one wish list for gifts from different stores
Put online finds, local shop gifts, and things with no product link on the same list so guests have one place to look.

A wish list can hold a book from the neighborhood shop, a sweater you found online, and a promise to spend an afternoon together. Give each idea one entry and send guests one link, even if the gifts come from several places.
Start with the gifts you already know you want
Pull ideas out of your open tabs, screenshots, and notes. Add one entry per thing. If two shops sell the same mug, choose a primary link and mention the other shop in the note. Two entries can make one mug look like a request for two.
Say where a guest can find each gift
In Piki, paste a product URL to try importing its details. Check the result, especially the size and color. For a shop with no useful product page, add the item by hand: “A 1,000-piece landscape puzzle from the shop near the station. Any landscape is fine.”
Include the things money can't order
An afternoon of help in the garden or a homemade batch of your favorite cookies belongs on the same list. Give it a name and say what would work. “Help me repot the balcony plants on a Saturday in May” is easier to act on than “garden help.”
Let people choose where to buy
A shop link is a reference. If an item is available elsewhere for less, guests can reserve it on the list and buy it from another seller. Check the exact model if compatibility matters, and make a note if a substitute would be welcome.
