A list for every person, one link for the family
Create a family link and add the people in it. Each person gets their own list on the same page. Add children or grandparents yourself, or invite adults by email so they manage their own list.
- Kids’ lists are managed by a parent; the child needs no account.
- Invited relatives sign in once and keep their own list.
- Send one link to the family chat instead of a dozen separate ones.
Keep the surprise on your own list
When someone opens the family link they pick their own name. From then on, reservations on their own list are hidden, while every other list shows what is still available. No name draw and no hiding of the page: the person a gift is for simply cannot see who took it.
Reserve without an account and without duplicates
Relatives reserve an available gift straight from the family page. Others see that it is taken, so two people do not buy the same thing. Shops stay the place to buy, check prices and arrange delivery; the reservation is only the plan.
Frequently asked questions
Answers before you start
Does everyone in the family need a Piki account?
No. One person creates the family link. Children and relatives can be added without an account, and anyone with the link can reserve. Only people who want to manage their own list sign in.
Can I see who reserved something on my own list?
Not on the family page. After you pick your name, your own list shows no reservation details. As the list owner you can still open the management view and choose Reveal after the holidays.
