A wish list for couples moving in together
Combine what you already own, agree on what actually fits, and make one small list for friends or family who ask.

Before writing a wish list for your first shared home, compare what you're both bringing. The best gifts fill a gap or replace something you've agreed to retire. Do that work before somebody gives you a third toaster.
Inventory the overlap
Each person can list what they own by room. Mark what to keep, sell, or donate and what still needs a decision. Check the kitchen first: matching mugs can wait, but one missing lid might make a pot hard to use every day.
Separate urgent gaps from upgrades
Start with things you'll need in the first week: a drying rack that fits the sink or a lamp for the dark corner by the door. Put upgrades such as serving dishes in a second pass once you've lived in the space. Measure anything that has to fit a drawer, shelf, or worktop.
Keep one list and agree who updates it
If you use Piki, the owner can invite the other person to manage the list by email. Both managers need an account. Guests only need the shared link. Agree who will remove an item when one of you buys it, so it doesn't stay available by mistake.
Share when someone asks
Try: “Thanks for asking. We're set for most things, but here's a short list of gaps we've found: [link]. Please feel free to skip it.” Put your address in a direct message only when someone needs it for delivery.
